All the energy produced by Grande Dixence S.A. is delivered to four partner companies which between them own all the company’s share capital (CHF 300 million). These are:

Alpiq Suisse SA, Lausanne	60 %	of the share capital
IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, Basel	13 1/3 %	of the share capital
BKW FMB Beteiligungen AG, Berne	13 1/3 %	of the share capital
Axpo AG, Baden	13 1/3 %	of the share capital

The shareholders in Grande Dixence S.A. supply energy to consumers in 17 Swiss cantons via several different forms of generation (pumped storage, run-of-river, fossil-fuel and nuclear).
